Materials for sports use
Each mascot is crafted with professional-grade materials selected for their lightness, comfort and durability. High-density foam gives the structure its shape, durable and breathable fabrics are used for the body, and plush, felt or textile trims complete the look depending on the model. The head is made of light foam with vision and breathing openings and an integrated eye net.
A complete costume weighs approximately 6 kg, depending on the model, size and options, and the weight is distributed evenly. Performers can typically wear the mascot for several hours with regular breaks. An optional built-in head fan and a cooling vest worn underneath are available.
Customization for team colours and logos
On every product page you can choose the size, customise the colours, add your logo or text, and select accessories. For a team that wants a unique character, the design can start from a concept or sketch. The optional 2D sketch can be approved before production, and manufacturing starts only once you have approved it, so colours and details can be checked first.
Delivery and ordering for teams
- Send your idea, logo or sketch to the SPOTSOUND.CA team and receive a quote with an estimated delivery timeline before you order.
- Payment is made in full when you order, by card, bank transfer or secure online payment. Instalments are not available.
- Manufacturing takes about 10 working days from receipt of full payment and of all required information, and shipping time is added. The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Every order ships with tracking, and you are notified by email with your tracking number. We deliver across Canada.
- For a fixed-date event, tell us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility together.

Repairs and warranty
Our mascots come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship. Depending on the situation, we repair or replace the affected part. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance and misuse are not covered. The warranty applies in addition to your legal guarantees.
If your mascot is damaged, contact our customer service team with photos of the issue. If the defect is covered, we will offer a repair or replacement. For cleaning between events, follow the care label and our care guide, and contact our team if you are unsure about the material or the cleaning method.
How the process works, step by step

- Optionally approve a 2D sketch before production. Manufacturing starts only once you have approved the sketch.
- Pay in full when you order, then production begins. Instalments are not available.
- Delivery, with an email containing your tracking number.

- Logo or text: add your logo or text to the costume.

Can a team order several mascots in one order?
Yes. Contact the team for a customised quote based on your quantity and delivery timeline. We recommend grouping your items in a single order: two orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Can we add our logo?
Yes. On each product page you can add your logo or text. You do not need a professional drawing: a simple sketch, a photo reference or your logo is enough to start. You confirm that you hold the rights to the logos and visuals you send.
Can we choose our team colours?
Yes. You can customise the colours on the product page, or send your preferred colours with your idea. Colours are reproduced with the available fabric closest to the reference you provide, so a small difference in shade is possible. The proof is an indicative representation, and screen colours may differ from the actual fabrics.
