Where can I buy a custom mascot costume from SPOTSOUND.CA?
There are two ways to order, and both end with a costume made to order.

How does an order work, step by step?
Nothing is produced until you have seen the quote and, if you choose it, approved the sketch.
- Send your brief: contact the team through the quote form with your idea, logo or sketch.
- Receive your quote: it includes an estimated delivery timeline. Nothing is launched before you have seen it.
- Optionally approve a 2D sketch: choose the "2D sketch before production" option, and manufacturing starts only once the sketch is approved.
- Pay in full, then production: payment is made in full when you order. Production takes about 10 working days after the design is validated. Fast Delivery produces in 24 hours (CA$1,100 per mascot).
- Delivery with tracking: once the order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
What is included, and what are the materials?
- Included in the price: head, body, gloves and shoes.
- Materials: high-density foam for the structure, durable and breathable fabrics, and plush, felt or textile trims depending on the model.
- Weight: about 6 kg for a complete costume, distributed evenly.
- Personalisation: colours adapted to your brand, your logo or text added, and accessories such as a built-in head fan, a cooling vest, a balaclava, gloves or a bag.
- Sizes: S to XXXL for performers of about 1.60 m to 1.95 m, with a child size also available.
- Warranty: 2 years.
How much does it cost?
Most full costumes cost CAD 969 to CAD 1,189 excluding taxes, and CAD 1,189 is the usual price. Large or complex costumes can reach CAD 2,479 excluding taxes.
