Professional materials chosen for lightness, comfort and durability

Every mascot is crafted with professional-grade materials selected for their lightness, comfort and durability. High-density foam gives the structure its shape, while durable and breathable fabrics are used for the body.

Depending on the model, plush, felt or textile trims complete the look. A complete mascot costume weighs approximately 6 kg, depending on the model, size and selected options, and the weight is distributed evenly to ensure good stability and ease of movement.

Made to measure and customized for each order

Each mascot is made to order. On every product page you can choose the size, customize colors, add your logo or text, and select accessories. Sizes typically range from S to XXXL for performers between approximately 1.60 m and 1.95 m (5'3" to 6'5"), with a child size also available.

If you have your own concept or sketch, our team guides you from initial design through to production for a 100% custom-made creation. You can also select the 2D sketch before production option, and manufacturing begins once you have approved the sketch.

Production time and order follow-up

Manufacturing generally takes around ten days, and shipping time is added to this depending on the destination country. The estimated timeframe displayed at checkout is indicative only. If you need your mascot for a fixed-date event, tell us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility together.

Payment is made in full upon ordering, before production starts, by credit or debit card, bank transfer or secure online payment. Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package until delivery.

Comfort, care and storage

Our mascots are designed to be lightweight and breathable and can be used indoors and outdoors. We recommend regular breaks during long events or hot weather, and limiting exposure in rainy or extreme conditions. An optional built-in head fan and a cooling vest worn underneath are available under accessories.

Clean the head by hand with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap. The body can be machine-washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. Air-dry away from direct heat and never use a tumble dryer. Store it in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a transport bag or breathable garment cover, without crushing the head.

1-year manufacturing warranty

Our mascots come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship. Depending on the situation, we repair or replace the affected part. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance and misuse are not covered, and the warranty applies in addition to your legal guarantees.

If your mascot is damaged, contact our customer service team with photos of the issue. If the defect is covered, we will offer a repair or replacement; otherwise, we will advise you on the best possible solution.
