Pick from seven logo positions on the costume, each with its own size. We prefer a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF), and a big PNG will do if that is all you have. Your quote lays out the position and size so you can sign off before anything is produced.
Seven spots, from head to knees

- Head or hat: seen from far away at a winter carnival or a stadium, so keep the design uncomplicated.
- Shoulders (two logos): catch the eye from the side and in group photos with the team.
- Front: easy to read in photos taken straight on at a trade show booth. Small or large format.
- Back: works when the mascot moves through a crowd, such as a parade route. Small or large format.
- Knees (two logos): a subtle second layer to go with the main logo.
What to attach to your request
- A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) is the safest bet. Lines remain sharp however much the logo is scaled.
- Short of that, attach a PNG or JPG of at least 1,000 pixels across, in focus, with the whole logo in frame.
- If your brand guide gives HEX, RGB or Pantone values, include them. If not, we sample the colours from your file.
Keeping a company or team logo sharp
- Few colours and heavy shapes carry well over distance, from the bleachers to the back of a convention hall.
- Small type and very fine strokes blur into the fabric. We mark them on the sketch before anything moves ahead.
- Put the logo on a part of the costume that contrasts with it, never on a similar shade.
Wording alongside the logo
The product page lets you choose the logo and the text separately. A team name, a sponsor line or a campaign slogan can go on the back, the front or the head along with the logo.
Questions from teams and businesses
Can the costume show my team logo and a sponsor logo together?
Yes, since each position is picked on its own on the product page. Describe the full layout in the quote.
What if I have just a screenshot of the logo?
Send it. We will say if it can be used, and if not, what to provide. The team can also redraw a simple logo.
Is the mascot ordered before the sketch is approved?
No. A 2D sketch is an optional step, and production only starts after your validation and once payment is received.
Will we know how the order is travelling?
Yes. Delivery comes with tracking, sent to you by e-mail.
Can the logo look slightly different from my file?
It follows the design and colours. Very fine details sometimes have to be simplified for fabric, and you sign off on the sketch first.
